When I was in kindergarten I had already known how to read and enjoyed doing it, however Magic Tree House, or Jack and Annie books as we called them, inspired me to love reading. My kindergarten teacher read them to us and soon I was beyond the average reading level. I graduated to other books but always remembered Magic Tree House Books and their creativity. I am much older now and still love to read. These books have very detailed and interesting plots but still make sense to beginning readers. These books are perfect for beginner readers. There are plenty of them too and there is no way to get bored since the plots are unique and get better and better. It is educational as well for young learners to casually pick up a few facts without seeing it as too "educational". The characters are likeable too. Annie is adventurous, brave, and not dependent on her big brother. Jack is smart and often gives readers facts and behaves like an older sibling. Osborne if you are reading this thanks!❤
