Loved this book! It's my first read from this author but she has certainly gained a fan. I will be going back and reading more from her! Her writing style is very fluid and easy to read, great characters, and the story moves along at a nice relaxing pace. Lydia Green has had one heck of a day. On what was suppose to be her wedding day she discovers her husband to be has been having an affair. With his best man. Well the day is definitely memorable! He was suppose to be her Mr. Right but nothing could have been more wrong. So when she runs and ends up in the house of Vaughn Hewson, who could blame a girl for giving this obvious bad boy a second look or three. Vaughn is back in Coeur d'Alene. The last place he ever expected to be. He has some business to take care of then he's out of here again. That is until he finds a crazy almost bride hiding in his bathroom. She obviously needs help so he offers her a place to stay for the week. While they drive each other a bit crazy, there is an obvious attraction between the two. Attracted or not, she finally has a place she calls home and he has one foot out the door. Too bad really because this so obviously wrong guy could easily be her Mr. Right. Definitely a fun read. I loved these two. This is a book I highly recommend.

Loved, loved this book! Cannot wait to get more books in this series. What should have been the happiest day of Lydia Green's life ends when a video is sent to her on her wedding day of the groom and his best man doing a little Marvin Gay action at his bachelor party. Humiliated and upset, Lydia runs right as the ceremony is supposed to be starting. In a wedding dress and heels her options are limited so she decided to hide out in the neighbors cottage. After breaking in through the bathroom window and hiding out in the neighbor's showere where she finally lets herself crumble to the emotions that are tearing her apart. That is until she finds herself being drenched by the shower and face to crotch with the handsome neighbor himself. Vaughn has had a really rough couple of months. He has come home to see his sister and try to sell their childhood home in hopes of gathering enough cash to hit the road. Playing guitar in his band has been his saving grace and all he wants in life, that is until the moment he finds himself staring into the distraught face of a drenched runaway bride. I really enjoyed these two characters alot. Lydia was so easy to like to me because she molded after a very normal woman. She was not big screen beautiful, with the body to match. She had insecurities about herself but she also knew she was no ugly duckling and when she wanted to something or in this case someone she went after them. I loved how gentle, passionate and understanding Vaugh was with her. He was so great at letting her know just how beautiful he really thought she was and that in his eyes she was perfect. This couple had their ups and downs and there was some serious lol moments. I cannot wait to read more from this author and look forward to the next book in the series. I received an eARC of this book compliments of the publisher for my honest reveiw and opinion. All ratings and opinions stated are my own.

Vaughan was in a band that has broken up, and he's gone back to his hometown to regroup before striking out again. After finding out her fiancé is in love with his bestie, Lydia runs away, right into Vaughan. Theirs is a whirlwind romance. Lydia and Vaughan instantly see something in each other and start with the sexy, sassy banter and feelings of love. Much of the story involves a bar restaurant called Dive Bar and the people who spend their time there. Most of the cast have major history. Dirty is a spin-off of the Stage Dive series, but you don't have to read the Stage Dive books first (even though I do highly recommend them). It's a RomCom full of fun and relationships (family, friends, romance). I enjoyed this book and recommend it to someone looking for a fairly light, voluptuous, cheeky read.
