Read the sample and decided to buy it. I'm glad I did because it totally kept my attention. It made me lose a lot of respect for scumbag actors and rockers, some of who I thought were cool. Bobbie lived the dream I once had in 1985. Move to L.A. and meet hair bands. It's definitely not as glamorous as I thought after reading her stories.

Addictive read! Bobbie Brown aka "The Cherry Pie Girl" from Warrants video, "Cherry Pie" gives you an in depth look into her life. She dishes out in great detail on what really went on in the sunset strip in the 1980s/90s. She reveals in great honesty what happened in her famous romances with Matthew Nelson (Nelson), Jani Lane (Warrant), and Tommy Lee (Mötley Crue). She lived the life that every 80s groupie dreamed of but it all came with a price.

Amazing. I could have written something very similar but definitely not as interesting because I'm not Bobbie and wasn't in L.A.! I'm so happy she shared this...I've never read anything so parallel to my own existence. It was a deeply comforting and moving "experience ", not just a read. Only problem is that I lack the family closeness and am still kind of drifting. Off meth, but still raw. Thank you for telling your story, I do not feel so alone in that sense❤. God bless ya!
