Standing in the midst of confusion, despair and hopelessness, one earnestly looks for deliverance. The world with its knowledge has provided innumerable solutions. It does help but to some extent. The magnitude of life struggles responds to the wisdom of truth permanently. It is the truth that sets one free. It makes one invincible even when circumstances are contrary.

A language coordinator by academic training and has a very long service in teaching profession. Magdleen is a double postgraduate in Humanities and English literature. She is the recipient of Mamta Memorial Scholarship (Mumbai University) for the presentation of her papers (MA). She had actively supported and coordinated with The Times (News in Education Program). Her passion in education and her dedication inspired her to contrive a well defined modules to the teachings of phonology. She has also created and compiled functional grammar text books for the students of ICSE. Currently, she is working as a language coordinator fostering the teaching-learning mechanism to scale up the language proficiency.
