About this ebook

World War Terminus had left the Earth devastated. Through its ruins, bounty hunter Rick Deckard stalked, in search of the renegade replicants who were his prey. When he wasn't 'retiring' them with his laser weapon,
he dreamed of owning a live animal - the ultimate status symbol in a world all but bereft of animal life.

Then Rick got his chance: the assignment to kill six Nexus-6 targets, for a huge reward. But in Deckard's world things were never that simple, and his assignment quickly turned into a nightmare kaleidoscope of subterfuge and deceit - and the threat of death for the hunter rather than the hunted ...

First PKD book I have read and it will not be the last! A great novel exploring what it means to be human and how we interact with the world around us. The character development is a little light but the plot is excellent.

One of my all time favourite films so obviously one of my all time favourite books is detail to each scene and the small things is quite unique and whenever I stopped reading I couldn't wait to read another chapter without doubt my favourite read in many a year

Well I guess you may already know that if you're looking for this title to read, the movie is a classic and its difficult not to compare and contrast. Try not too though. Sheep is an excellent read, dealing with reality, morals and how we can be manipulated by whoever controls the levers of society. The narrative is smooth and paced well, it incorporates some odd side avenues to the plot easily. Its one of those books that will make you think but has the knack of making you want to know what happens ne to.
