Heart of Glass is book 3 in the Sky Druids series and it kept me absolutely enthralled from the first page! Ferne and Theo are so good together. Ms. Grant is an awesome writer. Her world building is just, WOW! Amazing. The twists and turns and unexpected moments and connections just blow me away. She answers questions, but then leaves a reader with so many more. 4.25 stars-HEART OF GLASS is the third instalment in Donna Grant’s contemporary, adult SKYE DRUIDS paranormal/fantasy romance series-a spin off from the author’s REAPER series which in turn is a spin off from the author’s many interconnected series and storie.This is Druids Detective Inspector Theo Frasier, and Ferne Crawford’s story line. The fast paced, character driven premise is dramatic and intense; the romance is seductive yet subtle; the characters are energetic, captivating and powerful.

My favorite in this series so far. Lots of craziness going on with intrigue at every turn. A sweet love story and a wonderful cast of characters. Ferne comes to this island because the The Druids on Skye are in danger. The isle was nothing like she’d thought it would be. The beauty was breathtaking, but what she’d experienced at the pools had made the most impression. Theo Frasier is a detective working on the murders that have been happening on the isle.
