"I LOVE this series. Dragons, Archangels, good guys, bad guys and the ones they love... all play a role in making this series a spectacular read. The world building is addictively familiar, but not. The characters are well thought out, developed and show an amazing propensity to evolve. Ms. Marean is extremely skilled at weaving an emotional rollercoaster ride of a story. I laughed (a lot!), cried (get a box of tissues ready!), cheered, hissed, wanted to reach in an shake a couple of characters and fell in love over and over. This book contains enough backstory and focused resolution to be read as stand alone, but why!?! You're going to want to read this series from start to finish. I devoured this book and wanted more. There is a sign of a great book... you get to the last page and scream "Noooooooooooo! I want more!" If you love reading JR Ward, Patricia Briggs, Gena Showalter or Deborah Cooke, you need to add Sheri-Lynn Marean to your "Next to be loved list."

I have read all of the other books in this series. Some have been dark, others uplifting. I enjoyed them all and this one is no different! Learning more about Zander's character was something I was dying for! The fact that he had the ability to find love not once but twice... It was such an incredible story. I loved it all and cannot wait for the next installment of this series and the others!

Just wow! if you have been reading any of the Dracone's books this story will give you Zander's back history and boy was it a doozy. I love that all the characters are present in this book and they go on this journey with Zander or should I say because of Zander and there will be hard times, sad times, dark times along with happiness, joy, rebirth or excitement. Tough choices will be made in this book and because of those choices the future for some will change and for others it may stay the same. Uncertainty will dog a few other characters but Redemption will come at a price. Loved this book. I have voluntarily read and reviewed this book because I love this series.

 Sheri-Lynn Marean lives in the mountains in British Columbia Canada, and grew up riding & working with racehorses, and drawing and selling animal artwork. She fell in love with reading at age twelve after devouring The Black Stallion series by Walter Farley. In 2008, after an unsatisfying book, Sheri-Lynn decided to write her own. Inspired by her favorite TV shows and authors of paranormal romance, Jax, Sami and Tierney came to life, and the Dracones were born, the start of it all.
