To hear a child cry or to see an old man laugh is an outpouring of emotions, to listen to a dog bark, to see a mother's concern for a child in danger, to hear a little bird sing on a tree branch, to see an employee whistle in the aisles of a warehouse, to hear a woman cry in the emergency room or to witness the birth of a child, all these actions are expressions of emotions that to some extent affect and move the person who is feeling them and even people around them, these emotions send different emotional messages such as fear, sadness, anger, pain, loneliness, joy, satisfaction, happiness, etc.
What would happen if we could control the negative emotions that affect us daily? We can do it, so we get to be emotionally balanced people. As a result, we would be likely to be happier.
