About the author

Dr. Shahiza Ahmad Zainuddin is an accomplished English for Specific Purposes (ESP) practitioner with more than 10-year experience of teaching English in Malaysian polytechnics. Her interests are in English for Specific Purposes (ESP) and Needs Analysis. She was awarded a doctorate degree from La Trobe University, Melbourne and Teaching of English as a Second Language (TESL) degrees from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. She has written journals on ESP and employability as well as presented in conferences in Malaysia and abroad. Her passion in sharing knowledge with others encourages her to produce this book. This ebook is based on her researches and experience engaging with industries pertaining to the English language needs at the workplace.  It highlights the expected language skill needed by employees or future graduates in a simple yet comprehensive.
