About the author
Buckle up for action adventure history! Outdoor guide E. Chris Ambrose writes knowledge inspired adventure fiction including the Bone Guard archaeological thrillers. In the process of researching her books, Chris learned how to hunt with a falcon, clear a building of possible assailants, and pull traction on a broken limb.
Chris's adventures have included horseback riding in Mongolia, diving on the Great Barrier Reef, searching for tigers in India, rock climbing in Colorado, and going behind the scenes at the Papal Palace in Avignon. Who knows what could happen next?

In addition to writing, E. C. teaches rock climbing and leads hiking, kayaking, climbing and mountain biking camps.
