Ratings and reviews

Probably because it wasnt written as a third person view but from the lieutenant's point of view. Gotta admit, it's really boring and too much details about non-essentials, would have liked to know more about the murder and how grisly it was and how the lieutenant felt, scared or worried or tough etc instead of just reading details about an old vehicle (lieutenant's vehicle in the story)

Great story but leaving the reader hanging at the end sucked - I will not pay for another book by the author. I feel like it was only done so you "must purchase the next story in the series" Bad marketing!!!!

Great page turner. If you are a Floridian however you'll be questioning some of the narrative - mainly because it is so oppressively hot it makes some things difficult to buy into. But still a good read.

About the author

E.H. Reinhard was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He’s worked in sales in one form or another for the better part of eighteen years. Previous nine-to-fives include retail management, the auto industry, operating a small business, and running an assortment of viral humor websites that generated tens of millions of page views per month.

Reinhard has three completed series, The Cases of Lieutenant Kane Series, The Dedicated to Death Series, and The Agent Hank Rawlings Series.

Reinhard now resides in sunny Tampa, Florida. When not putting pen to paper, or keys to keyboard, writing thrillers, he is an avid fisherman. So naturally, moving to the fishing capital of the world was a good fit.
