This work is a fascinating collection of Early English hero tales written for children. The author attempts to take the little readers on a journey to a Palace of English literature, where he will introduce them to many marvels. He includes enchanting stories about the earliest English hero, Beowulf, all the adventures of the young Welsh boy, Taliesin, the battle of Cuchulain and Ferdiad, who the dishonest Irish Queen Maeve deceived.
