All the history is true, the characters are combinations of heroines, heroes, villains whose story must be told before the witness/survivors all disappear The history, mystery and intrigue of the Shloss, based on a report by my father, who as a child, participated in the Lag B'Omer ritual of the opening story . My parents came to America pre-WWI. The World War II massacre of my grandfather and family, attested to by survivors of the Holocaust tragedy. This trilogy is the Slomovitch's story.
