About the author

Edward Dommen is President of the Scientific Committee of the Geneva International Academic Network and Economist Emeritus of the United Nations Development Advisory Team. James D. Bratt is Professor of History at Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He has written numerous books on American religious history, including Antirevivalism in Antebellum America and Dutch Calvinism in Modern America.
