Bikas Chandra Rao, born on 22 December 1979 in Bardhaman, West Bengal, completed his schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya Andal. He has been famous for his poetries since childhood and got a tag of ‘Young Poet’. He got the degrees for MBA, MA(RD), CAIIB and PGDBF and currently he is working as a branch manager at Bank of Baroda.
