I love “BDSM Trilogy”! Tie Me Up, I’m Having Too Much Fun! I have been a big fan of Elaine Shuel for a long time, and I believe she has topped herself with this trilogy. The writing is very sexy and two of the stories have a touch of romance to boot! But in the “universe” of this trilogy, our protagonists do not escape the often unintended consequences of their actions. So we get a kind of moral payback with all these sexy twists and turns. The three pieces (“Brittany’s Master,” “Simon Says” and “Taught A Lesson”) are thoroughly entertaining, with more than their fair share of surprises. Each of these storylines also beautifully complements the others in ways that may cause one to reflect on what can happen when one “breaks the rules.” I think these stories will appeal to a wide audience beyond fans of erotic literature, as well as hard-core (to use a pun) fans of erotica like myself. If sex is the spice of life, then add a little blackmail, family secrets, and betrayals in high places, and you have almost more fun than is possible to bear. I always feel a kind of happiness about myself after meeting these sexy, rule-breaking characters that Elaine Shuel creates. I realize that breaking the rules is not so bad after all. And it can be lots of fun!
