A really intriguing book with an interesting plot that unfortunately seemed a little hurried towards the last two chapters. I would have loved to see the chemistry more between the protagonists after they finally are truthful to each other. All in all a great story that satisfied my need for romance and passion and I gladly will recommend it to my friends🥰

Steamy love scenes. I loved Lilly, ‘his little tyrant’ workplace badass. Drako is just working out what he wants from her. It’s a witty and engaging story for this new series. Can’t wait for the Maggie’s story I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I just love it when a new series begins! This series started dynamically with an engaging story that hold me interested till the last page! Lilly is a caring and lively woman, who wants to make her world a better place, but her manipulating and abusive parents are her Achilles' heel... They crush her self-esteem and in my opinion, she becomes too weak... Drako is a powerful man and protective towards her, but can he save her from their claws? Read and find out!
