About this ebook

It’s wonderful to be engaged!  Or at least it would be if he actually had a fiancée…

Royston is reunited with his sister at last – and she’s married and expecting!  He is thrilled, but so caught off guard when she questions him about his love life that he makes up a story about a non-existent fiancée, just to protect her gentle heart.  Now he has to produce a fiancée in a matter of hours when they meet for dinner!

It had always been Miranda’s priority to avoid the CEO of her company, Royston Carmichael, at all costs.  He might be sexy, rich, and powerful, but he was also intimidating, arrogant and unreasonably demanding.  Which is why she was unhappy at being caught submitting a monthly financial report at 12:15, when it was due no later than 12pm.

When Royston finds her in his office submitting a report after the deadline, he questions her and is impressed with her financial knowledge, not to mention her long legs and enchanting eyes.  He quickly decides she’s just right for the role of fake fiancée.  She’s beautiful, smart, can think on her feet, and she has a spark that captures his attention in all the right ways.

Will she accept his real proposal to be his faux bride to be, and will their act become more than that?

Not gonna lie.... I thought the idea was great but the whole book wasn't great.... For one, they magically fell for each other within like a day. Secondly, the ending was just terrible. Thirdly, it was very anti-climactic with no real insight to the characters. And finally, there was so many plot holes and/or different areas that could've been explored..... Like Royston telling Miranda about his teenage years like Wyndi said or why Royston was the way he was with his womanising ways. Very poorly executed as a whole. Not gonna lie.

Elizabeth Lennox is a good writer but I find she is putting out to many short stories "novels" and not actually competing a decent book and or create a real series that would truly capture readers imagination.

About the author

Although Elizabeth Lennox wanted to be a romance novelist since the eighth grade, that dream only became a (paid) reality for her in 2010 and a full time job in 2012! Along the way, she received a BS in History and held different jobs in the real estate, government consulting, and financial industries.  All during that time, though, she was always writing.  To date, she has published over fifty romances (and counting), using her personal experiences, dreams, and travels throughout the United States, Europe and the Caribbean as backdrops for her stories.

She lives in Virginia with her husband and two children.  They are just outside of Washington, D.C. and many of her novels are set in this area too.

She loves hearing from her readers!  Connect with her on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/Author.Elizabeth.Lennox), Twitter (@ElizabethLenno1), or email her at elizabeth@elizabethlennox.com.
