The situation comes to a head at a local Meet the Candidates event, when Natalie gets the chance to ask questions of her chief suspect. But can she get a politician to tell the truth? And will there be a paper left to work for if she does?

About the author

Larson is the author of the NJ Mysteries, set in her childhood home of New Jersey. In book I, The Hatch and Brood of Time, her journalist sleuth investigates the murder of her troubled brother's ex. In book II, Unfold the Evil, murder invades the newspaper office when the advice columnist receives a series of threatening letters. Larson's short fiction has appeared in Yankee Magazine and Alfred Hitchcock's Mystery Magazine.
