Grr, there's some error which means Google PlayBooks won't display the book! ETA: Google have now sorted out the error, yay! I'm finding the "Mermaids" sub-series hard to get into, but as I reread them, it gets easier. I still have a lot of questions about the war & the Cretarni (probably my landlubbing prejudice but I'm not 100% convinced that they're all bad guys). Hopefully the next book will have some answers.

I really enjoyed this book.
