The students at St. Anne’s are preparing for their Half-Yearly exams. The twins, Juhi and Jyoti, will be celebrating their birthday! The children will go camping in the Magic Forest! Also, Silky and Blue Bell have invited Ms. Patricia to the Halloween party in the Magic Forest! Will the children come to know that Ms. Patricia is a fairy? Diwali is here! There are lots of brightly lit diyas, decorations and delicacies. But what about crackers? I’m not too sure about them!

About the author

Elvira Fernandez is an avid reader of all kinds of literature, but children’s literature, fantasy and romance top her list. She is a Rajasthan-based author who loves to write for children. She has written short stories, plays, poems and also content for some academic books, apart from some editing assignments.
Working as an English Lecturer, she shares a close connection with children and enjoys her students’ quirks. She is fond of animals, especially her fur babies- a dog and a cat. Her love for children and her pets find expression in her stories. “A teacher always remains a child at heart,” she says. “Surrounded by so much of liveliness, a teacher is constantly in a state of effervescence.”
This trilogy has its genesis in her joyous childhood, the time that she lives and re-lives through her vibrant students. By intermingling realism and fantasy in this book, she aims to enchant children to read and imbibe a better way of living.
