Great storyline!! Really enjoyed the interactions between Abby and Hank, lots of chemistry. My only complaint is chapter titled The Labor Day Weekend. I feel that next part took away from the story. A very difficult story to read due to it being so tragic. You need to be very careful reading this story, the emotions it generates could very hard for some people. The Search . . . Abigail Baker’s brother is a rookie firefighter when the ultimate disaster happens in New York. Hank Finster had been abandoned on the side of the road after an argument with a friend. Abby finds him hitch-hiking and his desire to help her find her brother New York City makes them perfect travel companions for this difficult task ahead. Their search will take them to the September 2001 cleanup at Ground Zero, the center of our country’s devastating heartbreak in Manhattan. Will they find love for each other as they are pulled together in this highly emotional time?

Okay...I understand that this is an ARC. However, it was one of the most difficult ARC's I have ever had to read, not because of the storyline but because of the abundance of errors. This is a topic that deserved respect and the reverence that I felt the author tried to bestow. However, the grammatical errors completely took away from my ability to really read the story as a whole work. I tried. I sent in corrections until I could not do so any longer. Even for an ARC, this was nearly unreadable. That being said, the storyline is heartwrenching and relevant. It takes on a part of this country's history that brings us all to a place of prayer and inner inspection. It has drama, romance, and heart-dropping drama. Unfortunately, all grammatical errors make it difficult to read through all of that, but I did. I hope the publishers got the point, made the corrections before release, and gave people a heartwrenching, dramatic, suspenseful romantic, and hopeful story.
