This work surveys the more robust quantitative tools and techniques used to facilitate decision-making in business and uses case studies to illustrate their application. Colin O. Benjamin, Ph.D., is Anheuser-Busch Professor of Engineering Management at Florida A&M University. He has had several years of international teaching, industrial, and consulting experience.
