This IBM® Redbooks® publication provides an introduction to the IBM POWER® processor architecture. It describes the IBM POWER processor and IBM Power SystemsTM servers, highlighting the advantages and benefits of IBM Power Systems servers, IBM AIX®, IBM i, and Linux on Power.
