William Kimmerly has over 45 years of experience in all facets of information technology planning and management and has personally developed IT strategic plans, technology roadmaps, and IT governance structures for numerous companies and government depts, including SAIC, the states of Utah and Hawaii, universities, health organizations, and the Lockheed Martin Corporation. He has won awards from major corporations and written several publications.
