Eon has been revealed as Eona, the first female Dragoneye in hundreds of years. Along with fellow rebels Ryko and Lady Dela, she is on the run from High Lord Sethon's army. The renegades are on a quest for the black folio, stolen by the drug-riddled Dillon; they must also find Kygo, the young Pearl Emperor, who needs Eona's power and the black folio if he is to wrest back his throne from the selfstyled "Emperor" Sethon. Through it all, Eona must come to terms with her new Dragoneye identity and power - and learn to bear the anguish of the ten dragons whose Dragoneyes were murdered. As they focus their power through her, she becomes a dangerous conduit for their plans. . . .

Eona, with its pulse-pounding drama and romance, its unforgettable fight scenes, and its surprises, is the conclusion to an epic only Alison Goodman could create.

I really enjoyed this book. It has action, romance, mystery, and is fiction. After I read it the first time I picked it up again and read one more time front to back; when I finished it one last time I started going to my favorite parts. I enjoyed the love triangle between Eona,Kygo, and Ido. I espaecially loved Lord Ido he was hilarious even when he wasn't trying to be. Eona had to face trials and had to learn to control her dragon power.Personally I liked when her power was out of control. Dela was cool to, he could be feminin but when things got serious he used his man strength in order to deal with things. Ryko's battle of not having his own will was kind of sad but Eona didn't know that she would gain control of him when she helped him. Over all it was a really good book.

I'm addicted to fantasy novels. I've read and reread series many times. This is one of those books. I love Eona and the way its written I can feel like I'm in the story. Currently I'm reading this book again but not through my phone. I have to hold the actual book to bury myself in its words
