This book was really fun to make, although it did hurt my eyes at times! There are 5 different types of graphics: 1. Eye Benders/Optical Illusions: Graphics that exploit "weaknesses" in our visual perception. These usually result in some form of movement or agitiation. 2. Impossible Objects: These usually exploit a drawing trick or technique to portray something to the eye that can't exist in the physical world i.e. as a 3 dimensional object. 3. Aliens: They're just plain cool! 4. Pyramids: see above. 5. Mandalas: These, usually concentric designs are actually a meditative aid. They help us concentrate, and simultaneously relax through extreme hand-eye-coordination!
