Marine Environmental Governance: From International Law to Local Practice considers the relationship between international environmental law and community-based management of marine areas. About the author
Erika J Techera is the Director of the Centre for International & Environmental law at Macquarie University, Australia. She researches in international and comparative environmental law, focusing upon marine environmental governance in the Pacific region.
