About this ebook

Sometimes the grown-ups have all the fun.

Wendy

She came to the Never Isles to get away from the stress of everyday life. To find adventure and maybe even a little bit of romance.

What she didn't expect was to get swept up by the charming sea captain with a gleam in his eye. A gleam that told her he wanted to do wicked things to her and lord help her she might just let him.

James

He wasn't looking for adventure, he'd had his share in the navy. After a dishonorable discharge for a crime he didn't commit, he was friendless, jobless, and on the run. His only solitude was the Never Isles where nobody knew his name. Until she literally fell into his arms.

Can he find solace in her carefree heart before his past crimes catch up with him?

Erin Bedford has done it again with this amazing twist and take to one of our favorite fairy tale. Where the roles are reverse. James (Hook) is on the run, dishonorably discharged for a crime he didn't commit and hiding out in the Never Isles. Wendy seeking a place to get away from the stress of her everyday life and the betrayal of her lover. Then there's Pan, he's on the Fae council, thinks he's invincible and seeking to take James down. The chemistry between James and Wendy is absolutely sizzling. The story line is fantastic. There's plenty of action, sexy scene and some drama. I won't give you an spoilers, definitely a must read! You won't regret it! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This is a different re-telling than the original Peter Pan story we know and love. But I love the differences in this one and how Wendy doesn't fall for Peter, even though it was touch and go for a little bit there, but for the captain. This is fun, sexy, and at times a little confusing. But if you are going in here thinking of the original story and expecting that, then you need to stop and go in blind with no expectations. It will make sense and you will like it so much better.

Wendy's Pirate is an awesome exciting read.. Neverland has nothing to compare to when it comes to the Never Isles. It's a whole new world. Wendy is no little girl enchanted by Peter Pan.. and Captain Hook isn't evil or harming young kids.. This version is a new twist from the original story. I loved reading Wendy's Pirate.. a definite must read story.
