Really enjoyed this book. It's not an in depth study of aromatherapy, but it gives the basics of popular oils, how to store and use them, and their effects on the body and mind. Lots of great 'recipes' to try for skin, body, and mind. I'm really looking forward with excitement to trying them all. Definitely worth the cost of the book if only for the recipes which will save you a lot of money at the beauty counters.
