This is a suspenseful adult paranormal- action-romance. Set in a universe much like our own, just add magic. Both "good" and "bad" individuals & situations for magical and mundane groups. Magical talent doesn't solve all problems just as much as mundane skill or knowledge can. It is still a matter of choises and intentions that reveal personal character. Love, family, and success still take effort no mater who you are.

This is a fluffy story with dark bits embedded inside it ready to explode at any time. Fast paced and Ever and the fbi boyfriend are taken to the depths of degradation before it ends.

Extremely good reading! Especially when the sexual content is left to my imagination! Thank you for not having to skip over explicit scenes and gutter language. Starting Mercy Strange and enjoying the next chapter in the Legal.Magick Series
