He served Churches in Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Vermont (Wilmington, VT. 20 years) and New Hampshire, Dr. Blacketor has preached revivals in various states. In addition, Dr. Blacketor has served as a College Professor, (Professor Emeritus, K.S.C., University System of New Hampshire); College Dean in Alabama, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania. He served three terms in the New Hampshire General Court (Legislature), Justice of the Peace, and Notary Public. Dr. Blacketor is a W.W. II veteran and a Retired US Army officer.
