Barbara Brackman Bio: Barbara Brackman is well known as an authority on Civil War quilts, having written numerous books on quilt history. A founding member of the American Quilt Study Group and inductee to the Quilters Hall of Fame, Barbara lives in Lawrence, Kansas. civilwarquilts.blogspot.com
