About this ebook

Joe Cross found himself, at age 40, weighing a whopping 300 plus pounds, and on a daily diet of the steroid Prednisone to manage the painful autoimmune condition that was making his life miserable. He decided to make a major change, so he did something radical: he decided to embark on a sixty-day "Reboot" to give his body a chance to detoxify and heal itself. For two straight months, he drank only fresh fruit and vegetable juices - no solid food of any kind, no soda, no coffee, no alcohol. He decided to turn his Reboot into a journey across the U.S. and bring a film crew along to capture him talking with the people he met along the way, sharing his experience (and his juice). This book details his journey.

This book holds a lot of Hope. It's challenging to think outside the box comma outside the norm, and the possibility of something so amazing as a life filled with energy and passion and no addiction to food sounds unheard of. It sounds like I need to try the reboot. Great read, read it for yourself. I dare you.

Haven't purchased the book. Just came here to leave a review for those familiar or not with Joe. I saw Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead years ago, and it, and Joe are brilliant. I've had a few people I know watch it as well, people who were skeptical about the claims, and they really enjoyed the movie. For some, it was an eye opener. Juice On! 😊
