About this eBook

In a single night, Ani’s life was torn to shreds—and Ben struggles with the weight of trying to fix the unfixable in this heartbreaking and edgy debut novel.

Ben could date anyone he wants, but he only has eyes for the new girl—sarcastic, free-spirited Ani. Luckily for Ben, Ani wants him, too. She’s everything Ben could ever imagine. Everything he could ever want.

But that all changes after the party. The one Ben misses. The one Ani goes to alone.

Now Ani isn’t the girl she used to be, and Ben can’t sort out the truth from the lies. What really happened, and who is to blame?

Ben wants to help Ani, but the more she pushes him away, the more he wonders if there’s anything he can do to save the girl he loves in this powerful, gut-wrenching debut novel.

I don't get the point of this book. And the ending was just as confusing. I can't honestly say I understand her but even I feel that she took things a little too far. Not only did she lose herself, he also lost himself. All that for what? She seems selfish to me but that is just my opinion.

After reading "Bleed Like Me" by C. Desir, I needed to read more by her. Once again, her writing has blown me away. I love how her stories are not just another cliché love story. C. Desir makes these stories feel real, not made up. It doesn't feel like a dream, it feels like someone is telling you their story. It actually feels like someone is giving you advice. For this reason, I'd recommend "Fault Line", or any of C. Desir's work. You actually get something out of these books, not only entertainment.
