Iolanthe’s path has her crossing Kyter’s and the deadly game could cost them both their lives in this thrilling paranormal romance. This fascinating series gets better every time I read it and with all the intriguing characters and sexy males I know I have a lot more great books ahead. Kyter captured my heart in this story and while I am so glad that he got his happily ever after I am quite jealous because I want him for myself, oh well, I’ll just have to console myself with the next book. 5 STARS 4 FLAMES See my full review at: Paranormal Haven .com

Book 4 in Felecity Heaton's Eternal Mates series, Hunted by a Jaguar, lives up to it's predecessors. I wasn't entirely sure how this one was going to roll since, though we've met Kyter, he wasn't one of the group we're so familiar with. The book not only expands the world, it adds to some of the broader base that involves everyone else too. Very well done. As a heads up, though you do not HAVE to read the previous three books, it is highly recommended; if you don't, you might find yourself doing so shortly after this one. You have been warned. Kyter was both adorable and lickable in his own way. He's not as twisted as Vail or as altruistic as Loren, but he's got some strong dark and light points that make him well rounded and a little more than a little tormented. Talk about mixed blood childhood woes to the nth degree. I was happy to watch him grow not only to accept himself, but also to make peace with it. Iolanthe is in no small part to blame for that, so she has my vote on that alone. Iolanthe is much closer to Sable than either Olivia or Rosalind: she kicks some major butt, as well as just being awesome in that she's a treasure hunter. Her personality is stubborn, strong, and definitely antagonistic, which makes her perfect for Kyter. The fact that she tries to kill him the moment she finds out he's her mate is just too priceless. It was really neat to get to meet a female elf, too. Speaking of elves, our favorite grumpy elf is back! Bleu makes more than a passing appearance in this book and who doesn't love the sound of that? Can't wait for his book (though I know it's several away, somehow, I will survive). The pair have one doozy of an adventure with adventure, mayhem, steamy fun times, some family issues, and a hard won but well deserved romance. Also, he's a jaguar shifter: lots of cat clues. So fun. Don't pass this one up!

Iolanthe was an immature stubborn idiot. Then all of a sudden all turned corny and annoying. Long pointless sex scenes got boring. I only read on to see if kyter would be avenged. Not sure why he was defending her on the volcano as bleu was right. Why the hell did she do a deal with Fernandez. Yes she did have a choice.
