This book is about finger painting. This is a fast technique mainly used in oil painting. The technique used in this type of painting is just opposite to the normal oil painting. The time taken to complete one painting is 10-15 minutes only. This book intends to encourage people who are not expert painters but are interested in learning oil painting.

About the author

The Author of this book, Shyam Das, is a born artist. He has done his schooling at Notre Dame Academy, Munger, Jamalpur, Bihar. Painting has been his passion since his childhood. His first Guru was his school teacher who taught about the techniques used in drawings. He is a Graduate of English Honors from R&DJ College, Munger. He holds a senior diploma in Fine Arts from Bangia University (West Bengal) which is a branch of Ravindra Bharti University. He holds many awards. He belongs to a place in Bihar called Munger. He runs a painting and music institute in his hometown, Munger. He held many art exhibitions in New Delhi and solo exhibitions in Mumbai. He was recognized as a proponent of finger painting on several TV channels. (IBN7 channel on 10th October 2008).
