content isn't worth reading, it has only the basics 101 of this topic which you can get on YouTube, was expecting something to be like inclusion of some more examples and others..

Some years ago I was in a situation where I had to manage a particularly challenging issue with loads of difficult conversations... I wish I had read this book first, it would have really helped back then. It's a fairly quick read but worth it.
