Ratings and reviews

It was based on a brilliant premise, but at times felt redundant. Halfway through, I found myself thinking, "yes, you've made that point a couple times now." That said, the story was entertaining and easy enough to read.

The story line is beautiful and the futuristic setting is brought to life. Highly recommend. Would have given it a full five stars if it was more suspenseful.

Enjoyed the book, but the end was disappointing. Seemed like the author ran out of stem

Francesca Haig grew up in Tasmania, gained her PhD from the University of Melbourne, and was a senior lecturer at the University of Chester. Her poetry has been published in literary journals and anthologies in both Australia and England, and her first collection of poetry, Bodies of Water, was published in 2006.
