This highly regarded text presents a self-contained introduction to some important aspects of modern qualitative theory for ordinary differential equations. It is accessible to any student of physical sciences, mathematics or engineering who has a good knowledge of calculus and of the elements of linear algebra. Whoever scanned this book into an ebook did so without making sure that the pages were correctly numbered. The text is not searchable. That's right. I paid for this textbook and I can't search for a word because Google doesn't recognize this book to be a book with words in it? Also, there are no chapters besides the front cover and the back cover! Since when is the cover of a book a chapter, guys? Seriously? This is a math textbook, and if I want to look at a previous chapter, I have to GUESS where it might be, since there is no way to know for sure where the chapter starts (unless you memorize the ridiculous roman numeral system they used to count all of the pages, a numbering system that does not match the numbers written on the pages in the book. Guess what page 1 is? The back cover!). Seriously. This is A TRAVESTY and I WANT MY MONEY BACK. No offense to the authors. Just to Google Play for making me pay for the same quality ebook I would have gotten if I had sat in front of a copy machine and scanned every single page into a crappy PDF. That's the quality of ebook this is. THIS IS BOOTLEG QUALITY STUFF HERE. Not exciting when trying to learn math.
