Mysterious, paranormal, thrilling. This was a great story!! I really enjoyed trying to figure out all the mysteries of Gallant as they were unfolding in front of me. The storyline is well developed and a great read as we enter the spooky season.

It's a creepy, slow-burn fantasy story about a mute orphan who sees ghosts and carries a mysterious journal from her mother. For me it was an impulse buy, but the story is perfectly complemented by the cover art. Not what I expected but it was a thoroughly enjoyable tale.
