Garrondello is an older wizard living by himself. His daily dose of excitement is provided by the fairies living on Fairy Hill, which he can see from his tower at night. He takes magical images of one fairy in particular, named Orestia, keeping him up at night. There's one problem though: Garrondello is more than five feet tall, while Orestia is only a small, foot-tall creature. One night, after a particularly pleasant dream involving the before mentioned fairy ends rather abruptly, Garrondello decides to take matters into his own hands. He devises a magical incantation that would make Orestia feel a great desire for him. She does exactly that, and by the use of magic, Garrondello is shrunk to her size, where he can take full advantage having the fairy, just like he fantasized.
