O autorovi

Marianne Schlegelmilch has been a resident of Alaska since 1981. She and her husband, Bill, have lived in Anchorage, Sitka, and Palmer. They currently reside in Homer. Although Marianne has written most of her life, her main career has been a registered nurse, a profession she embraced fully for more than 40 years. She has worked in hospitals throughout the United States and in many areas of nursing. She enjoys creating Alaska based fiction and consistently weaves vivid portrayals of the interactions between animals, humans, and nature into her writing. Her strong nursing background enables her to capture the depth of human emotion in her characters, and she is often complimented on touching the hearts of her readers. Gaston’s Crow’s Nest is the second in her Alaska Tales series and her fourth published book.
