Kingsbury Bull, Mac Cunningham - we treated them as founders of Litchfield. What did we know? Don't tell Litchfield people they were once part of Bantam. Not politic. I stood on top of Mohawk Mountain, last week. It was once a meadow for grazing sheep. Go there. There's a lot to learn. It is hard to tell your grandchildren that there were no trees in 1915 when the tower was built. This is not really a book it is really a copy of records. Worthy reading but only if the history is meaningful to you.
