About this ebook

After the worst year in history, Evelyn Roberts just wants to be alone. A solitary week at her boss’s beach house seems like the perfect way to end 2018.

But her boss neglected to mention that Jake Rose, dubbed People magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive, will be her next-door neighbour. Or that Jake has the annoying habit of showing up in the middle of the night without a shirt.

When his fan club groupies set up camp right outside, Evelyn has no choice but to help Jake hide from the prying eyes of the cameras, but who will hide Evelyn’s aching heart from Jake?

It was a very easy read. I found that there was no emotion, it moved to quickly, and very unbelievable. I had no connection to the characters.

About the author

Geri Glenn writes alpha males. She’s best known for writing motorcycle romance, including the internationally bestselling series, the Kings of Korruption MC.

She lives in the Thousand Islands with her hubby, two young girls, one big dog and one terrier that thinks he’s a Doberman. Before she began writing contemporary romance, Geri worked at several different occupations. She’s been a pharmacy assistant, a 911 dispatcher, and a caregiver in a nursing home. She can say without a doubt though, that her favorite job is the one she does now–writing romance that leaves an impact.
