“The Keepers are real, alive and kicking,” Gideon comes back to help with the investigation into The shooting and finds out Pearl is back as well. There break up was devastating. She’s got a lot going on around her that just doesn’t make sense until all the pieces all come together. Another couple and a few more tidbits in the ongoing mystery. This series is getting better. This was my favorite yet.

Gideon and Pearl's story was suspenseful and emotional. My heart ached for these two. Lot of twists and turns and raw feeling to explore as this gripping read unfolds.
