About the author

Michelle Medlock Adams is an award-winning journalist, earning more than ninety industry awards, and a New York Times bestselling author of more than one hundred books, including: Dinosaur Devotions, Dachshund Through the Snow, Love Connects Us All, and her latest, I Love You From Here to Heaven. When not writing or teaching writing, Michelle enjoys bass fishing, cheering on the Chicago Cubbies, and all things leopard print. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Jeff, and they have two married daughters, six darling grandchildren, two rescue dogs, and two spoiled cats.

Lee Holland is a freelance illustrator who has worked as an artist for over twenty years. From enamels painting, to magazine, greeting card, and children’s book illustration, he has found many ways to express his passion for woodland characters. He lives in the Staffordshire countryside of the United Kingdom with his partner and two children.
