Grant Morrison is know for his complex comic books and confusing far reaching plots. Nowhere is this better demonstrated than in Final Crisis. This book is not for new readers. Before I read this story I read several other of his comic books starting with his epic batman run starting with Batman and Son and ending with Batman Incorporated Volume 2 (New 52), Seven Soldiers of Victory, and his Animal man Omnibus. Know what you are getting into before you start and you will enjoy the story much more.

Unless you understand the DC multiverse, your complaints are unwarranted. This is one of better cross over stories... Period

why DC gave more opportunities to geoff johns instead of 'ol Grant is beyond me. this is where the continuity should've stayed instead of 52. best "crisis" by far.
