A good read. An easy read. A valuable read. I did not realize how easy it could be to find an ear that will not only listen to your case but also reward you in a fair manner. I am a frequent traveler who has had my share of mishaps while traveling. Many times I have done nothing because I did not know most of what this book discusses and teaches. I am so glad I picked up this book. I recommend this book for anyone who travels a fair amount, as well as anyone who has experienced damages or who has suffered resulting from airline company related mistreatment/fault, even if you only travel once a year, or once in your lifetime.
