Very easy to digest several of these short stories in one sitting. Can imagine these being great to teach children about behaving appropriately. I love how many of the stories have quite a dark twist to them, I guess that's what made them translate so well to a film version. Lessons are surprisingly relevant to modern human interactions as well; will remain a classic for years to come.

This is not the traditional grimms fairytales. They are watered down. Read the original red riding hood or anything like that. The grandma and woodcutters didn't kill the wolf. The grandmother didn't even survive. The wolf actually made red riding hood eat her own grandmother while dressed up as her grandmother and red riding hood didn't even know. Lol
